TRAINING CONTENT
The QMS Lead Auditor (IRCA) training focuses on the assessment of an organization's quality management procedures using the ISO 9000 series of standards (ISO 9001).

The training is IRCA-certified (International Register of Certificated Auditors) with the code A17929 and meets the training criteria required for international IRCA auditor qualification. Participants who successfully pass the exam at the end of the training will receive a course certificate, which enables them to apply for IRCA auditor certification from the CQI-IRCA organization.

An active participant in the training will be able to plan, implement, and report on a quality system audit, as well as communicate the results clearly to the client or client. The course consists of lectures and numerous practical exercises.

Before starting the course, participants are expected to have familiarized themselves with the following:
• Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) model
• Relationship between quality management and customer satisfaction
• Commonly used quality management terms and definitions, as well as the 7 quality principles (according to ISO 9000).

Even if the above topics are not familiar, we have compiled pre-course material for the participants, where the topics are introduced, ensuring that the participants have sufficient knowledge to participate in the training.

The training and the materials used, as well as the exam, are in English. The training includes two pre-course assignments that participants must complete before attending the training.

  • In the English-language course implementation, there is an e-exam in use that delegate takes electronically within 30 days of the course implementation.
  • Non-native English speakers are allowed 30 minutes extra time for the e-examination.

The minimum number of participants for the course is 4 people. The IRCA certification of the training requires participation on all training days. The detailed program for the training days will be provided with the pre-course material, but the durations of the days are as follows:
